I ran to my local CVS yesterday afternoon, because I had $14.00 in ECB that were ready to expire. What kind of couponer would I be if I were to let that happen??I was able to score everything in the picture for $.25!! Want to know how I did it??
I started my trip by going to the magic coupon machine and it gave me a $5.00 off of $15.00 coupon! Woo-hoo!! I love the magic coupon machine!
First on my list was the Bayer Contour Glucose Meter. I was able to snag this for FREE using the coupon from the 03/22 insert. Looking back, I should probably start saving these coupons until I can earn some Register Rewards, or ECB for purchasing them, but hindsight is always 20/20!
The next items in the cart were the 2 boxes of Post Trail Mix Crunch. They are on sale BOGO for $4.79. I combined this sale with two $2.00 off coupons from HERE. This helped me score both boxes for only $.79!!
I also grabbed 2 cans of Campbells Tomato Soup. They are on sale BOGO for $1.49. I used a $1.00 off coupon from HERE to score both cans for only $.49!
I knew I needed the Slim Fast and the Water.....so those had to go in the cart. No coupons, but they were on sale! I was trying to spend those $14.00 in ECB!
I headed over to the Clearance section and found 2 Aquafresh Whitening Trays on clearance for $4.00 each! I combined this with $5.00 manufacturer coupons that were in the Sunday inserts a few weeks ago! Sweet moneymaker here! =)
The last thing I grabbed was a package of diapers for my Great-Nephew, Peyton. He was born on 03.06.09! I love him to pieces! I used my last $5.00 off of Huggies coupon (from my coupon bar on the right) to score a sweet deal on these!
After my coupons, the $5.00 coupon from the magic coupon machine, and my $14.00 in ECB, my total was $.25!
My Fiance was so proud! =)
